Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.  Stir often to prevent sticking.\n\n2.\tWhen noodles are cooked through to your desired consistency, turn heat off and sprinkle on ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.\n\n3.\tCover and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
