1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch pieces and halved

2 tablespoons Olivelle Herb & Garlic Seasoning

3 tablespoons Olivelle Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Le Creuset Stoneware baking dish (3.15 qt) or any oven-safe dish

Directions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, toss the carrots with 1 tablespoon of the Olivelle Herb & Garlic Seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Olivelle Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese with the remaining Olivelle Herb & Garlic Seasoning.
