Sourdough Class

Learn the art of sourdough baking in this hands-on class led by Laura Crook. Over two hours, you'll master starter maintenance, shaping techniques, and baking fundamentals. Each participant takes home a live sourdough starter, essential tools, and a comprehensive information packet to continue your baking journey at home. Class runs Saturday, March 21 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Spots are limited—once sold out, a waitlist is available by calling Sweet Gourmet. Please note: bookings are final with no refunds.
