Flavor Origin

Our primary source of raw, unfiltered honey comes from a man named John who has raised bees just outside of Dallas in Josephine for over 40 years.

Once a year, after the bees have pollinated the wildflowers across the property, he gently extracts the honey from his hives. The raw honey remains unprocessed, preserving the enzymes, amino acids, pollen, vitamins, and trace minerals naturally found in honey. Much like our peanut butter, I find it hard not to eat his honey straight out of the jar.
